Left 4 Dead is the award-winning FPS from Valve, and is one of the outstanding hits of 2008. With a sequel already released, it has spawned an entirely new genre of game, tentatively named co-operative, competitive first-person shooters.
Those choosing between the Xbox 360 and PC versions of this game are advised to choose the PC version if their computer is capable enough. The PC version offers an improved multiplayer and first-person shooter experience, as well as offering free additional content which is charged for on the Xbox 360.
