Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty is the follow-up to Blizzard's real-time strategy game Starcraft. Fans have been waiting almost a decade for the sequel to appear, and it is currently one of the most highly anticipated titles of 2010.
Blizzard have been previewing Starcraft 2 to great effect over the past year, and there are many videos of the game available online. One of their stated aims is to ensure the game enjoys the same multiplayer following as the original, with huge international tournaments a regular feature of the original Starcraft.
Starcraft 2 is being released exclusively on the PC and Mac, and there are no current plans to bring it to any other platforms.
