Best Xbox 360 Bundle Deals: Buyers' Guide

In this guide, we've listed the best Xbox 360 bundles for all current Xbox 360 consoles.
For research, we've compared all the Xbox 360 deals from Amazon, Argos, ASDA, CD WOW!, Comet, Currys, dabs.com, GAME, Gameplay, Gamestation, HMV, John Lewis, LOVEFiLM, Play.com, Sainsbury's, Tesco, and Very.

We base this guide on what bundles offer the best value, the most savings, and the best games.
Xbox 360 4GB Console
The best deals for the Xbox 360 4GB, without the Kinect accessory, come from Argos and Play. While Argos doesn't offer the latest games with its best bundle, it does offer the best value:
The three included games are all classic Xbox 360 titles, and this bundle is one of the few to include an extra controller. To find the bundle on Argos' website, scroll down to their second special offer (Special Offer 2).
Play, meanwhile, offers a selection of Xbox 360 4GB bundles. While not as good value as the Argos bundle, they do offer some good savings on this season's top titles:

The two games on offer for this bundle included FIFA 12 and Battlefield 3, both high quality titles released in the past two months.
If you're looking for a bundle for the Xbox 360 4GB that includes the Kinect, Amazon currently have the best offer:
The Amazon bundle deal shown above can also be customised; any of the extra items can be removed for a £10 saving. As with all Amazon deals, the full discount is only shown at the final stage of purchasing.
While there are other bundles for the Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect available, none offer as good a combination of games and value as the Amazon deal shown above!
Xbox 360 250GB Console
There are currently two excellent bundles available for the Xbox 360 250GB (without Kinect). The first of these deals comes from Amazon:
* Amazon: Xbox 360 250GB + FIFA 12 + Forzo Motorsport 4 + 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership: £209
Any of the individual items above can be removed from the bundle for a £10 saving. However, the best value is found when including all the items, as otherwise the Xbox 360 deal from GAME becomes more competitive:
The selection of different games you can choose from include Forza Motorsport 4, FIFA 12, Battlefield 3, and other high quality titles. The 3-month Xbox LIVE Gold membership allows all the included games to be played online and, while hardly a necessity for the Xbox 360 console, the Media Remote is a nice little extra.
While the extra 9 months of Xbox Live Gold membership from Amazon is worth going for, the various £200 deals from GAME remain highly competitive.
Amazon have a similar build-it-yourself bundle available for the Xbox 360 250GB console with the Kinect:
* Amazon: Xbox 360 250GB + Kinect + Kinect Adventures + Forzo Motorsport 4 + FIFA 12: £290
The offer allows you to add a selection of items to your console purchase for £10 per item. While the selection you can choose from is currently limited, they do include two top quality titles (FIFA 12 and Forza 4) and a big discount on a 12-month membership to Xbox LIVE Gold (required to play games online).
There's not too much else out there to match these two deals at the moment, with many retailers running low on stock. We've looked at all retailers for a bundle that includes the latest Modern Warfare game, and have yet to find a package that offers a decent discount.
Xbox 360 Kinect

Older Xbox 360 Models (Arcade, Premium, Elite)
Though stock of older Xbox 360 models, such as the Xbox 360 S, remain in limited quantities at one or two retailers, there are no bundle deals available for them. Given the lack of any significant price drops that we can find, we highly recommend taking advantage of the current generation of Xbox 360 consoles.
